AI applied to your e-commerce — used honestly, with a person in the loop

We don’t sell you ‘the AI’. We use AI to do your everyday e-commerce work better and faster, and we build small automations that take repetitive jobs off your plate — always with a person checking what it produces.

What this means here

AI is useful, but it is not magic, and we won’t sell it to you as if it were. What it is genuinely good at is doing the everyday e-commerce work you already pay for — writing, replying, sorting, reporting — faster and with fewer slips, and taking the dull, repeating jobs out of your week.

So that is how we use it. We put AI to work inside the tasks we already do for store owners, and we build small automations around the jobs you still do by hand. There is always a person between the AI and your customers: nothing it writes goes out unread, and nothing it decides goes unchecked.

What’s included

  • AI-assisted customer care. Reply drafts for your inbox and a chatbot for the questions buyers ask over and over — with every answer reviewed by a person before it reaches someone.
  • Product content with AI. Descriptions, titles and copy drafted quickly with AI, then edited and fact-checked by us so they stay accurate and sound like you.
  • Automations for repetitive operations. Small, reliable helpers for the jobs you do by hand: catalogue and stock syncs, recurring reports, low-stock alerts, and routing incoming requests to the right place.
  • An AI-readiness check for your shop. A plain-words look at how well your store can be found and quoted by AI assistants, with concrete things to fix — no jargon.
  • A human in the loop, always. Thresholds and sign-off points so the AI drafts and suggests, and a person decides what actually goes out.

How it works

  1. We find where you lose time. We look at your store, your inbox and your week, and spot the repeating work that AI could take on.
  2. We propose where AI actually helps. Only the places where it saves real time or removes real errors — not AI for its own sake.
  3. We set it up with a human check. We build the drafts, chatbot or automation with a person reviewing the output, and a clear route for anything it is unsure about.
  4. We measure and correct. We watch how it performs, fix what misfires, and drop anything that isn’t earning its place.

Frequently asked questions

The questions store owners actually ask us about AI before starting.

Will the AI reply to my customers on its own?

No. A person reviews every AI-drafted reply before it goes out. A chatbot only answers the routine, repeated questions you have approved; anything outside that is handed to us, and to you when it needs you.

Are AI-written product texts checked by a person?

Yes. AI gives us a first draft. We edit it, check the facts and keep it in your voice before anything is published. Nothing goes live unread.

Do I have to change my platform or tools?

No. We work inside the store, help desk and tools you already use. The automations sit on top of what you have rather than asking you to move.

What about the privacy of my data?

We treat your data with care, use only the access we need, and never ask you to hand over a password. You invite us as a collaborator and can remove that access at any time. [Placeholder - exact data-handling terms to be confirmed with the CEO.]

What if the AI gets something wrong?

A person is always between the AI and your customers, so mistakes are caught before they reach anyone. We measure how each automation performs and correct it; we do not promise results we cannot stand behind.

How much does it cost?

We quote in writing before any work starts, once we understand what you want to automate. We never put an invented figure on this page.

Can you connect this to my other services?

Often yes, through the tools you already use. Where something needs a specialist or a third party, we say so plainly and help you choose rather than pretending we do all of it ourselves.
