E-commerce store management, outsourced to a team you can talk to

We run your online store day to day — catalogue, promotions, orders and stock — as an outside team that behaves like an in-house one. One person to talk to, a monthly report in plain words, and no passwords handed over.

What store management means here

Running an online store is a steady stream of small, time-consuming jobs: keeping the catalogue correct, setting up promotions, watching stock, chasing the odd broken thing, and making sense of the numbers at the end of the month. None of it is hard on its own — together, it quietly eats your week.

Store management is us taking that recurring work off your plate. You keep ownership of your store, your data and your decisions. We do the hands-on operating, keep one person as your point of contact, and put everything we agree in writing.

What’s included

  • Catalogue & merchandising. Products, categories, descriptions, images and prices kept accurate and up to date.
  • Promotions & campaigns. Discounts, bundles and seasonal pushes planned and set up ahead of time, not at the last minute.
  • Orders & daily operations. Order flow, stock levels and the small fixes a live store needs to keep running.
  • Reading the numbers. Your sales data used to decide what to put forward, what to retire and what to try next.
  • A monthly check-in. A short, plain-words report on what we did and what changed — no jargon, nothing to decode.

How it works

  1. We learn your store. Your products, your tools and where your time currently goes.
  2. We agree a scope in writing. What we take on, what stays with you, the start date and the monthly check-in.
  3. You give us the right access. You invite us as a collaborator — no shared passwords — at the level you choose.
  4. We run the recurring work. Day to day operating, with one person as your point of contact.
  5. We report, you decide. You see what we did and what changed, and nothing significant goes live without your sign-off.

Frequently asked questions

The questions store owners actually ask us before starting.

What does store management include?

Running your store day to day: catalogue, pricing, promotions, orders and stock, plus a monthly report. You can hand over the whole operation or just the parts you want.

Do I have to share my passwords?

No. You invite us as a collaborator on your store with the access level you choose, and you can remove that access at any time. We never ask you to hand over your login.

Which store platforms do you work with?

The common ones, including Shopify and WooCommerce. We work inside the platform you already use rather than asking you to move to ours.

Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?

Everything is agreed in writing up front, and engagements run month to month unless you ask for something different. [Placeholder - exact terms to be confirmed with the CEO.]

Will I still be in control of my store?

Yes. You keep ownership of the store, the data and the decisions. One person is your point of contact, and nothing significant goes live without your sign-off.

Can you also handle customer care, marketplaces or shipping?

Yes. Store management pairs with our customer care and Amazon & marketplaces services, and with logistics coordinated through selected partners. You deal with one studio across all of it.

How do I get started?

Send a few lines about your store through the contact form - what you sell, where you sell it, and what takes most of your time. We reply personally and set up a short scope call.
